IEP Holdings was established in 2010 by Bill Frothinger and Nate Holmberg. IEP is locally owned and operated in Minneapolis, Minnesota and has an extensive background in many facets of the sand, environmental equipment and fuel industries.
Interstate Industrial Sands, produces and distributes high-quality proppant (“frac”) sand. We aim to create long-lasting, sustainable business relationships and work directly with our customers to ensure they receive the highest quality of service in the industry.
O3 Environmental Equipment was established as a joint venture between Interstate Energy Partners and O3 Industries, an engineering/fabrication equipment company.
